World Beer Cup Live Stream (Your Computer) – Even though most of our team left us here at home to write for you, we will still be catching the 2014 Craft Brewers Conference via the live stream of the World Beer Cup Friday night at 7:30pm. Often referred to as “The Olympics of Beer Competition.” This year, more than 4,700 beers from over 1,400 breweries located in 60+ countries competed for World Beer Cup awards.

TV Time – On Sunday, the iconic series Mad Men will start it’s 7th and final season on AMC. Mad Men has received widespread critical acclaim, particularly for its historical authenticity, visual style, costume design, acting, writing, and directing, and has won many awards, including fifteen Emmys and four Golden Globes.

Spring Means Beer Festivals – We’ve got a few killer festivals on our radar this weekend. Starting on the West Coast with the Bay Area Craft Brewer’s Festival in dowtown Martinez, CA. In the Mid-West, check out the Bloomington Craft Beer Festival, and if you make your way down south, you should be all over the Hattisburg Craft Beer Festival on down in Mississippi.

On the Big Screen – Draft Day keeps the off-season football momentum going when Kevin Costner plays a GM who is forced to make some hard decisions for his team when he is presnted with the number one draft pick. Because you never have enough vampires in your life, you should check out the Palm d’Or Nominee from 2013 Cannes Film Festival, Only Lovers Left Alive where a depressed musician reunites with his lover, though their romance – which has already endured several centuries – is disrupted by the arrival of uncontrollable younger sister….who may or may not be a vampire…
