The American Craft Beer Fathers Day Weekend Picks – June 13, 2014
Hey it’s Friday and you’re ready for some fun. But this weekend isn’t just about you – it’s also about Dad. But no worries – because we’ve got everyone covered! From the nation’s coolest beer festivals to movies, music, and cutting-edge TV – we’ve got you (and your Dad’s) back big-time. We’ve also a Father’s Day Beer Pick too because we know you’ll both be drinking.
So welcome to our awesome Father’s Day Weekend Picks…

Take Dad to a Movie on The Big Screen – Many of your dads may remember when 21 Jump Street was a television police procedural that starred the then relatively unknown Johnny Depp back in 1987. So maybe they’d be interested in 22 Jump Street, the sequel to the 2012 hit comedy that was loosely based on the original TV series. Both Channing Tatum and Jonah Hill return to 22 Jump Street as police officers forced to continue working deep undercover – this time at a local college.

Rent a Father’s Day Movie and Watch It with Dad at Home – With so many great movies readily available to view at home, you and Dad can just hang out at the house and catch a Father’s Day flick together and as usual, we’ve got some suggestions:
To Kill a Mockingbird (Universal Studios Home Video) – For all of the big themes, this is a movie about a father, as seen through the eyes of his young daughter.

Field of Dreams (Universal Home Entertainment) – “Do we even have to explain this pick to you?”
Life is Beautiful (Miramax) – Sweet as well as sad, this Italian Academy Award-winning movie tells the story of a father’s ultimate devotion to his son.
