Yeti Sighting (Denver, CO) – Summertime sometimes calls for something bolder, and Great Divide Brewing offers a classic which has spawned a multitude of memorable variations over the years.

A many times Great American Beer Festival winner in the Imperial Stout category, Great Divide Yeti is an iconic 9.5% ABV Imperial Stout which opens with a massive, roasty malt flavor with rich caramel and toffee notes, that eventually give way to a surprisingly dry, piney, and slightly citrusy hop finish due to a large quantity of American hops.

A Tropical Award Winn (Chicago, IL) – Goose Island Beer has a great addition to their Beer Hug family that you’ll want to chase down especially as we head into summer. Best buds with Big Juicy Beer Hug, and Big Mango Beer Hug,  Goose Island Tropical Beer Hug is a 9.9% ABV Double-Dry Hopped Imperial IPA with bright nectarine, grapefruit, peach, and pineapple notes offset by an underlying layer of dank pine and citrus peel.

As one of the top share-gaining categories nationally, fruit-forward imperial IPAs like Big Tropical are rapidly growing in popularity. The beverage won a “Best New Product” award from Convenience Store News shortly after its national launch in 2022.

Summer Timed (Montauk, NY) – Eastern Long Island’s Montauk Brewing has returned a popular warm-weather seasonal that’s uniquely crafted with 25% wheat malt combined with a light caramel malt blend.

Crisp, dry, and refreshing with a very mild-to-moderate hop bitterness, Montauk Summer Ale is a 5.6% ABV American Blonde Ale / Wheat Ale hybrid with light citrus zest, sweet toffee, and subtle herbal tines.
