Paradox Brewery Acquires Woodstock Brewing Brand Rights

On October 16th, North Hudson, NY-based Paradox Brewery announced it has acquired the brand rights to Woodstock Brewing, the Phoenicia, NY–based craft brewery known for its Catskills-inspired identity and community-driven beers. The partnership will expand Woodstock Brewing’s presence throughout the Northeast, leveraging Paradox’s state-of-the-art production facility and established distribution network.

“This partnership allows us to bring together the best of both breweries. Woodstock has carved out a strong position in the higher end market, while Paradox has built a proven sales and distribution network,” said Devon Hamilton, Operations Manager, Paradox Brewery. “By joining forces, we deliver on both strengths and create new opportunities for craft beer growth across the Northeast.”

With Paradox Brewery’s support, Woodstock Brewing will now expand into accounts across New York and the greater Northeast, targeting craft-forward city bars, boutique hotels, ski resorts, and curated retail locations.

Left Coast Brown Ale Wins Big At GABF

Founded in 2004, Left Coast Brewing Company a family-owned craft brewery based in San Clemente, California, is celebrating a big win at the 2025 Great American Beer Festival, the nation’s most prestigious beer competition. Left Coast took home a Gold Medal for Trunk Box in American-Style Brown Ale Category

The Great American Beer Festival is widely regarded as the premier beer competition in the United States, celebrating excellence in brewing across hundreds of style categories. This year’s festival featured thousands of entries from breweries nationwide, making Left Coast’s victory in the American-Style Brown Ale category a true testament to craftsmanship, consistency, and creativity.

“Winning gold at GABF is an incredible honor for our team,” said Jim Clarke, Head Brewer at Left Coast Brewing Irvine for almost 20 years. “Trunk Box represents the heart of what we do—classic brewing techniques, high-quality ingredients, and a genuine love for the craft.”
