With the craft beer world getting even more competative NYC’s Sixpoint Brewery has updated its look. We’ve that, Mark Twain and Georgia Beer Day.
Georgia Beer Day Returns
The Georgia Craft Brewers Guild (GCBG) is inviting beer fans to raise a pint to support local, independent craft brewers when Georgia Beer Day, an annual celebration that benefits its member breweries and highlights Georgia’s vibrant craft beer industry, returns Saturday, March 5.
70 Georgia breweries from all across the state are participating this year and will be selling a limited edition full-color collector’s pint glass. And $1 from the sale of every glass goes to the Georgia Craft Brewers Guild to help promote and further the common interests of its members and Georgia’s licensed brewing industry.
Designed by artist Ali Lamoureux, the theme of the 2022 commemorative glass is, “From the Blue Ridge Mountains to Driftwood Beach,” which highlights the beauty of Georgia and features two of the state’s most recognizable naturescapes.

Sixpoint Brewery Introduces New Beer Imaging
Founded in 2004, the Sixpoint Brewery, one of NYC’s longest-running and most popular craft breweries, is getting an updated look.
In 2010, Sixpoint began canning their beers to keep up with local demand in the Northeast. And over the years there have been minor tweaks to their beers’ graphics, but nothing major up until now…
“It was time for an evolution to keep the brand at the forefront of an ever crowded craft beverage landscape” said Courtnie Harrell, Sixpoint VP of Marketing.
“We wanted to keep a lot of the same elements that our fans love about the brand because we love them too. Some of the changes are subtle, but they come across in a powerful way,” Harrell added, “long-time fans will still be able to recognize us on shelf.”
