Well, it’s not over, but more and more states are lifting restrictions and people have begun to crawl out of their homes like on Groundhog Day.
And we’ve five fun new releases that will pair smartly with your post-COVID-19 weekend.
Different Strokes For Different Folks (Atlanta, GA) – Monday Night Brewing’s Hop Hut crew teamed up with their friends at WeldWerks and crafted two New England IPA’s, both available on 6/18, that couldn’t be more fun or more different. Two great breweries doing interesting things!
Monday Night Head Full Of Doubt is a 10% ABV Triple New England IPA with a mouthwatering bitterness balanced with gentle notes of spruce and papaya.
Monday Night Road Full Of Promise is a fruity smooth and more traditional Hazy IPA with a juicy ambience and fragrant tropical aromatics.
Tropical Escape-in-a-Can (South Burlington, VT) – Magic Hat Brewing Company has released a new, small-batch summer quencher that’s low in calories and lighter in buzz. Crafted with a delicate medley of orange, lime and sea salt, Magic Hat Bartlett Bay is a 3% ABV Margarita-Style Gose with a balanced sweet and tart character and only 99 calories.
A Giant Returns (Hershey, PA) – Tröegs Independent Brewing Company is returning a giant release that only makes an appearance once a year. First developed as part of the brewery’s small-batch Scratch Series, Tröegs Nimble Giant is a MASSIVE 9% ABV Double IPA with a hefty backbone of pilsner and Vienna malt and a 4.1 rating on Untappd.
Asian Imperialism (Alpine WY) – Melvin Brewing has a new June/July release that looks to the Far East for inspiration. Brewed with jasmine rice and fermented with sake yeast, then amped up to eleven, Melvin Asian-Style Imperial Pilsner is a dangerously drinkable limited release with a fluffy mouthfeel and pleasant minerality. Yes!
