Doubling Down On Temptation (Garland, TX) – Lakewood Brewing has a whole lineup of Temptress Imperial Milk Stout variations and their latest sexes things up with designer chocolate. “One of the dominant flavors in Temptress is the chocolate malt. It’s what makes Temptress so big and rich. So why not go BIGGER?” said Wim Bens, Founder of Lakewood. Brewed with artisan dark chocolate from Yelibelly Chocolates in Addison, Texas, Lakewood Double Chocolate Temptress is a decadent 9.1% ABV Imperial Milk Stout with a dark chocolate complexity that lingers.
Blissful Drinking (Longmont, CO) – Oskar Blues Brewery has an intriguing new addition to its Can-O-Bliss IPA Series, an ongoing line of limited releases showcasing the blissful hop flavors that make IPAs king among craft drinkers. A heady exploration into the hazed-out possibilities of five innovative hop varieties, Oskar Blues Can-O-Bliss Hazy IPA is a 7.2% ABV India Pale Ale with an intensely juicy, layered hop profile and big peach, pineapple and melon notes.
Daydreaming (Bend, OR) – Deschutes Brewing, who have been crafting serious beer 32 years, has a new summer seasonal coming in May. Developed by Deschutes’ team of R&D brewers in its Pilot, Portland and Bend, Oregon breweries, Deschutes Neon Daydream is a 4.8% amalgamation of Wheat, White, and Hazy Pale Ale styles with a zesty, citrus hop character that will not disappoint.
Hazy Daze (San Diego, CA) – AleSmith Brewing is returning a seasonal favorite that’s a hazy variation of a collaboration the brewery did with Hall-of-Famer Tony Gwynn in 2014… Debuting this month on draft and in 12oz cans, AleSmith Hazy .394 is a 6% ABV India Pale Ale with intense fruit and citrus aromatics and a creamy full-bodied, finish.
