beer festivals, movies and music to cutting edge TV – we’ve got your back big-time. Plus we’ve a Valentine’s Day beer pick for you too, because we know you’ll be drinking!

Zwickelmania Returns This Weekend (Oregon) – A once-a-year “backstage pass” to Oregon’s best breweries Zwickelmania 2016 is the day when more than 120 breweries open their doors to all their fans. It’s all happening this Saturday February 13th from 11 am to 4 pm. Oregon breweries, both big and small, are participating with meet-the-brewer events and happily offering up beer samples. Last year, more than 32,500 people toured 115 participating breweries statewide and the Oregon Brewers Guild is expecting that number to increase in 2016 with Valentine’s Day and what will

On The Big Screen – 15 Years after the original’s debut, Ben Stiller is returning as one of his most famous characters this weekend, in Zoolander 2. Owen Wilson, Penelope Cruz, Kristen Wiig and Will Ferrell as appear in this send-up of the fashion industry which might make for a fun Valentine’s outing.
Drink Belgians In Michigan! (Westland, MI) -If you’re up Michigan way, you might want to drop in on Ashley’s Belgian Beer Festival (Feb 11th-21st) – an 11-day event taking place at this unique beer emporium, that’s described as “the largest pure Belgian beer festival in the country. This event will feature a rotating selection of more than 70 draft and 200 bottle Belgian-style beers. 80 Belgian breweries will be represented at this year’s event, plus there will be authentic Belgian cuisine, food pairings, special dinners, and more.
TV Time – The Syfy network recently debuted The Expanse, an audacious space epic (based on series of 
novels by James S. A. Corey) that’s complex and engaging. Set 200 years in the future, where humanity has colonized the Solar System, it follows United Nations undersecretary Chrisjen Avasarala (Shohreh Aghdashloo), police detective Miller (Thomas Jane), and ship’s officer Jim Holden (Steven Strait) as they unravel a conspiracy that threatens peace across the System and the survival of humanity. Binge worthy!
