Ballast Point Celebrates In Little Italy Isan Diego, CA) – Ballast Point and the Little Italy Association of San Diego will host the “Made in San Diego Block Party” this Saturday March 30th (2 to 7pm) with an open-air block party in front of Ballast Point’s Little Italy Tasting Room. The annual event, which is always a good time, celebrates “America’s Finest City” by bringing together San Diego breweries, music, food, artists and more. And it’s free to the public with a suggested donation to the Little Italy Association of San Diego.
On The Big Screen – This weekend’s big movie actually opened last week and it’s a terrifying follow up to 2017’s surprise horror hit, Get Out. Written and directed once again by Jordan Peele, Us stars Lupita Nyong’o as the mother of a family under attack by their doppelgängers who is forced to endure unthinkable horror to help her family survive.
New on Netflix – One of Netflix most riveting new offerings this month is an international police procedural based on a shocking 2012 crime that led to riots in India. Delhi Crime is a seven part series starring Vartika Chaturvedi, (who amazes as the female Deputy Commissioner of Police) in the sprawling East Asian city tasked with tracking down the brutal assailants of horrific gang rape that took place on a public bus.
