Founded by home brewers Kevin Finn, Mark Edelson and restaurateur Kevin Davies in Newark, DE in 1996, Iron Hill Brewery & Restaurant has blossomed from one restaurant and brewery to 20 locations up and down the East Coast, including Pennsylvania, Delaware, New Jersey and South Carolina.
But now the company has its own independent production facility and a super interesting subscription beer club that’s a showcase for “small-batch” craft beer aficionados.

While it’s possible to join the IHBeer at any time, Iron Hill’s first quarterly box has already shipped and here’s how the brewery describes what’s in it…
Snow Globe Pils, a light and crisp Italian-style pilsner with notes of juicy tangerine and ripe melon from the heavy-handed dry hop additions of Huell Melon and Mandarina Bavaria Hops.
Candy Cane Porter, a classic American-style porter, dark, full of roasted malts, and candy cane flavor. Chocolate notes are well balanced by a slight, refreshing peppermint finish.
Eggnog Milkshake IPA, winter is here and with it comes a pint full of holiday cheer, especially with this hazy, silky, and creamy double dry-hopped Milkshake IPA. Brewed with lactose, and finished with vanilla beans, eggnog, American and Australian hops, this specialty holiday brew tastes just like your favorite Winter-time holiday treat
Holiday Hop-tails, we’ve got a holiday “hop”-tail made especially for you! We take our kettle sour ale base, and pack it full with cranberries and lime, along with a background addition of lactose for a holiday treat you can enjoy any day of the week.
