SAVOR Returns to the Nation’s Capital (Washington, DC) – One of America’s premier craft beer events returns to Washington, DC this weekend and if you were lucky enough to have secured a ticket – get ready to have your world rocked! One of three annual events presented by the Brewers Association, SAVOR is unique in that it’s all about the harmony between craft beer and cuisine. This year’s two-evening event (March 9th – 10th) will feature more than 150 beers from the nation’s most exciting American craft breweries paired with specially designed food offerings being overseen by the Brewers Association’s culinary consultant, Chef Adam Dulye. The American Craft Beer crew will be on hand to cover all the action and we hope you’ll stay plugged into us for everything going down at SAVOR 2014.

, The American Craft Beer Weekend Picks – May 9, 2014On The Big Screen – We Love Seth Rogen and have enjoyed a lot of what he’s done – especially last year’s This Is the End with James Franco – and his newest comedy debuts this weekend. Neighbors stars Rogen and Amada Byrne as a married couple with a newborn baby who face escalating difficulties when they are forced to live next to a wild fraternity house. Directed by Nick Stoller (Forgetting Sarah Marshall, Get Him to the Greek), Neighbors also stars Zac Efron making his hard-R comedy debut as the head frat boy.

An American Classic Returns to the Windy City (Chicago, IL) – The second annual American Beer Classic will be returning to Soldier Field’s iconic playing field this Saturday, March 10. It’s being presented by our friends Red Frog Events, who also put on the mid-Atlantic’s impressive Firefly Music Festival – so we promise you this will be a state-of-the-art production. The American Beer Classic offers both afternoon and evening sessions, featuring more than 100 of the nation’s best breweries and close to 500 beers. And from what we’re hearing, they’ll be bringing in their serious stash – so you don’t want to miss this! Sweet Life (Columbia, MD) – What startedin 2010 as a 500-person gathering in the parking lot behind a DC food emporium has evolved into an annual celebration of flavorful music, wholesome food, and thoughtful living. And now the Sweetlife Music + Food Festival is returning to the Merriweather Post Pavilion with another brilliant lineup of performers, including Lana Del Ray, Foster The People, Fitz & The Tantrums, and Bastille.
