The Garage will release a trio of Imperial Stouts on Saturday, December 16
If you have been to the Garage in the past two months, you may have tried one or all of our decadent Situational Ethics variants:
Cinnamon Vanilla Maple Bourbon Barrel
Coconut Vanilla Rum Barrel
Coffee Vanilla Bourbon Barrel
We no longer have these beers available on draft but will be releasing them in bottles for the first time ever on Saturday, December 16 at 5pm in the taproom. 500ml bottles will be $12 each.
If you don’t like standing in lines or want to learn more about these beers from the individuals responsible for making them, purchase a VIP experience ticket for $55 (from 3-4:30pm on 12/16). VIP Experience tickets will go on sale Monday at 12pm here. There are only 75 spots so reserve yours soon!
Each ticket includes:
One 500ml bottle of each of 3 Situational Ethics variants
A limited edition stemmed Garage “Opening” glass
4oz samples of each variant (this will be the only way to taste these beers at the Garage)
Decadent gelato pairings with each variant, courtesy of Honeysuckle Gelato
Coffee samples from local roasters Batdorf & Bronson, who supplied the coffee for this beer, as well as coffee for sale
Maple bourbon bottles for sale from Bissell Maple Farm, who supplied the maple bourbon barrels for one of the variants
First right to purchase additional bottles before they go on sale to general public
In addition, we will offer a short program to VIP Experience ticket holders:

Space Lettuce blasts off this Saturday
Our West Midtown taproom is launching Space Lettuce tomorrow from 12pm-4pm. Our Creative Brewer Josh Johnson had this to say about Space Lettuce, which launches at West Midtown tomorrow:
“Space lettuce is the result of the continued development of our IPAs. It is triple dry hopped with a blend of Citra, Simcoe, and Mosaic, with a plush malt backbone. The combination of the two creates a beer that possesses room-filling aromatics and a slightly sweet honey finish.”
Basically, it drinks real good. Dress in a space-themed costume for $1 off your Space Lettuce pints, and make sure to take home a 4-pack (while supplies last).
