Crazy Hopped (Longmont, CO) – Bootstrap Brewing is a Boulder County craft brewery that was founded by Leslie and Steve Kaczeus, a husband and wife team who left the  high-tech biz to create an adventurous craft brewery dedicated to producing a full spectrum of high quality ales and lagers. And they’ve an IPA that’s crafted with crazy hopped.

Brewed with a perfect balance of malts and five different hops, Bootstrap Insane Rush IPA is a 7.6% ABV India Pale Ale with big citrus and pine aromatics and a mild floral character.

A Cold Brewed Brew (Frederick, MD) – Flying Dog Brewery has a new fall release that it did with the help of another Maryland brewing monster Vigilante Coffee Co. Crafted with Columbian Caturrita coffee that was added at the cool side of the brewing process, Flying Dog Kujo is a 6% ABV medium-body Coffee Porter with a nutty chocolate ambience and a slightly sweet finish.

Michigan Monster (Grand Rapids, MI) – Founders Brewing has a new Michigan-only release that’s a nuanced take on the brewery’s classic Imperial Stout. Aged to perfection in specially curated bourbon barrels and available beginning in early November in 750mL bottles, Founders Barrel-Aged Imperial Stout is a MASSIVE 12.5% ABV Stout with a rich roasty character and warm vanilla notes.

“It’s no secret we love experimenting with barrel-aged beer,” said President and Co-Founder Dave Engbers. “Over the years, our fans have asked, even begged, us to please put our classic Imperial Stout in a bourbon barrel and we made it happen last year with a taproom Mothership Series release. It was such a hit, we decided to bring it back – this time just for our Michigan fans to enjoy.”
