New Kid In Town (Paso Robles, CA) – ACB friend and brewing legend Chuck Silva, who is credited by many (including us) with turning Green Flash – a once struggling company into the Nation’s 48th largest craft brewery in the US today, has brought his considerable skills to Firestone Walker’s hometown.

Pumped On Passion – Described as his and his wife Mary Jo’s passion project, and very much a boutique operation, the latest beer destination to call central California’s wine country its home is clearly a collective labor of love for both of them. Silva Brewing’s 10-barrel direct-fire brewhouse includes an intimate artisan tasting room and a 100-barrel cellar capacity, which just opened its doors in December.
