Destihl’s New Brewery To Open This Spring (Normal, IL) – Illinois-based Destihl Brewery will reportedly be opening their new $14 million facility this spring. The 47,000-square-foot production facility which will also include 6,300-square-foot taproom and event space was originally planned to be up-and-running this fall but unseasonably wet weather delayed the construction scheduled for the end of the year.
