, Newbies – New Releases That You Want to Look Out ForSeat Kicker (Kent, WA) – As many of you know, we’re pretty much in the tank for Airways Brewing and get excited about just about everything that they do and that includes their newest  release. Airways Seat Kicker IPAis a 6.5% ABV beauty, brewed with more than 24 pounds of Citra, Centennial, Simcoe, Columbus, and Cascade hops added to each 10-barrel batch. Deep gold in color with a strong hop flavor and aroma, this IPA is designed to be balanced yet flavorful and will be released on draft and in 22 oz. bottles at both Airways locations and in bottle shops around the Puget Sound area starting May 6th.

Dark Days (San Jose, CA) -On the anniversary of its 25th year in business, Gordon Biersch Brewing Company is bringing back its first success. Dan Gordon, co-founder and brewing expert at Gordon Biersch, originally introduced Gordon Biersch Dunkles an unfiltered dark lager at the opening of the company’s first restaurant in Palo Alto CA.  Now, this celebratory limited release is appearing in a 750 ml traditional swing top bottles and you should definitely think about chasing this one down.

, Newbies – New Releases That You Want to Look Out ForOld Bay Style Brewing (Frederick, MD) – We tipped you to this Flying Dog release a couple of weeks back when it debuted at SAVOR – but it’s worth mentioning again – so we will. Flying Dog Dead Rise OLD BAY Summer Ale is a 5.6% homage to a Chesapeake Bay summertime tradition and it’s out there now (but won’t be forever) so you know what to do!

, Newbies – New Releases That You Want to Look Out ForNinkasi in Wünderland – (Eugene, OR) – We’re fans of Ninkasi Brewing and love the places they go, so we couldn’t be more psyched about their newest seasonal release. Part of their Seasonal Release Series Ninkasi Wünderbier is a 4.4% ABV”Kölsch-style beer that according to Ninkasi’s Jamie Floyd “is perfect for chilling with friends.”Available for the first time, Wünderbier can be found in 12 and 22-ounce bottles and on-draft June through August.

Unapologetic (Escondido, CA) – The Stone Brewing Company is set to release another limited beer in 22 oz. bottles and guess what style it is? Beachwood / Stone / Heretic Unapologetic IPAis a massive 9% ABV Imperial that’s being threatened with release. The demented love child of Beachwood BBQ Brewing and Heretic and of course Stone, Unapologetic is being brewed using a mélange of new and experimental hops (Azacca and Belma, as well as HBC 342 and Steiner 06300, yet-to-be-named varieties from Washington’s Yakima Valley). No ETA on this monster – but we’re thinking soon and will keep you posted.
