Thank GOD Boulevard Brewinghas teamed up with 2013 MLS Cup Champions Sporting KC to create a championship ale for the soccer club to be released the week of June 16 in limited quantities. Based loosely on Boulevard’s original Saison, the distinctive Sporting KC Championship Ale is brewed with Mandarina Bavaria, a German hop variety with distinct tangerine and citrus flavors. The beer will be a proud label in the brewery’s limited release Smokestack Series.
