The trio has collaborated on an intriguingly epic infused double IPA called the Collective Distortion IPA. Elderberry and coriander – historically used to spice beer before brewers gravitated towards hops – are infused to amplify the hop bitterness in this uniquely aromatic brew. Drink it now! Available for a limited time in small quantities, this IPA is meant to be consumed fresh or within 90 days of being bottled or kegged in order to fully enjoy the beer’s hop-forward flavors and aromas.
A Seasonal Summer Slaughter (Carbondale, CO) – Newcomer Roaring Fork Beer Company releases their new summer seasonal, Slaughterhouse Lager. Named after the Roaring Fork’s biggest and most famous rapid, Slaughterhouse Lager is Roaring Fork’s flagship American Pilsner, crafted with premium domestic malts and Czech Saaz hops to go down clean and easy while keeping you wanting more. Back by popular demand is Liquid Bliss, the much-loved brew originally released as Side Project 18 in late 2012. The reincarnated chocolate peanut butter porter will be the second beer of 2014 to join Terrapin’s line of year-round selections. This salty-sweet treat is even dry “peanuted” with brewery-boiled green peanuts!

Goooooooooooal! (Kansas City, MO) – I think we can all agree there just aren’t enough soccer-themed beers out there. Thank GOD Boulevard Brewinghas teamed up with 2013 MLS Cup Champions Sporting KC to create a championship ale for the soccer club to be released the week of June 16 in limited quantities. Based loosely on Boulevard’s original Saison, the distinctive Sporting KC Championship Ale is brewed with Mandarina Bavaria, a German hop variety with distinct tangerine and citrus flavors. The beer will be a proud label in the brewery’s limited release Smokestack Series.
