This is an offer that many of us will find hard to refuse…We’ve already applied and maybe you’ll want to as well.
Here’s the deal…
Move.org is an online moving resource. They review moving companies and the things you might have think about when moving to another city. And to attract visitors to their site they are offering one lucky winner a beer-fueled “job” opportunity.
“In an effort to help everyone find a happy home” (Their words not ours), Move.org wants to hire a “Chief Beer Baron” and pay them $2,000 to travel to their favorite taproom-filled town to celebrate Oktoberfest.
The winner will be able to choose the best beer city and will be asked for a review of your sampled city to see if it hits all the high notes or if it falls flat.
And because they’re all about movers and moving, they’ll also give their new “Beer Baron” an additional $500 to help with moving expenses, if he/she decides to make their beer-cation something more permanent.
This from Move.org…
Beyond a brag-worthy résumé entry to show off to the bartenders you’ll babble with, our Chief Beer Baron will receive the following:
- $1,000 for travel accommodations to celebrate Oktoberfest in one of the nation’s beer capitals.
- $2,000 for your hard work—your tab’s on us, keep the rest!
- Up to $500 to help cover moving costs to your beloved beer capital, if desired.
Do you believe catching a buzz during a bucket-list worthy Oktoberfest brewery bonanza on someone else’s buck is the best thing 2021 could bring?
Fill out an application today for your chance to travel toward some fine, foamy flights!
You’ll have to be 21 or older, of course, and able to travel to one of the beer capitals on this list in the next 90 days. You’ll also have to be eligible to work in the US, and able to explain, in 100 words or less, why you’re the best candidate for this dream job.
