Pure Project Looks to Secure Iron Fist Vista, CA-location
Pure Project is a San Diego small-batch, ingredient-centric brewery that believes in doing good things and brewing serious beer… After five years in its Miramar location the brewery is hoping to move into a Vista, California location that was previously occupied by the now defunct Iron Fist Brewing. A 13,850 square-foot Vista facility, the new location Pure Project much-needed room to grow

“After 5 years we are excited about the opportunity to own our own brewery as we look to the future. Should all go according to plan, it will be a phased move and we plan to keep the Miramar tap room and brewery for the foreseeable future.
Home to nearly 20 craft breweries, Vista will provide an ideal community for Pure Project to relocate up operations.
“If escrow proceeds as planned, Pure Project will be proud to join its neighbors in producing its small batch, ingredient-centric beers in North County,” reports the very fine Beer Alien….
“The new location will house brewing and canning operations, expanded administrative offices, as well as a new outdoor tasting room. Pure Project’s Miramar location will continue to operate as an additional brewery and tap room, along with its other two tap room locations in Balboa Park and Carlsbad.”
Redemption Rock Brewing Named a Certified Benefit Corporation Craft Brewery
Worchester, Massachusetts based Redemption Rock Brewing has become the state’s Certified Benefit Corporation (nicknamed B Corps).
Since opening its doors in January 2019, Redemption Rock Brewing has been dedicated to using its business to support its community, employees, and the environment. Some of its key initiatives include:
Using blind hiring practices to promote improved diversity and inclusion in both the company and the craft beer industry- Providing all staff with a livable wage, training opportunities, and resources for education in the craft beer industry
- Donating all cash tips to local nonprofit organizations
- limiting water and energy usage in its brewing process
This certification makes the brewery the first Certified B Corp in Worcester, the first B Corp craft brewery in Massachusetts, and the third B Corp craft brewery in New England, joining The Alchemist in Vermont and Allagash in Maine.
