Brewery Moves – New Brewery In Vegas And Petty Thieves Gets Permanent Home

New Brewery Debuts on the Las Vegas Strip

Craft beer has growing its presence in Nevada and now this…

Expanding its reach beyond its Burbank, California beginnings to “Sin City” Trustworthy Brewing Co has opened its doors to beer lovers at the Grand Canal Shoppes at the Palazzo Las Vegas.

Overseen by head brewer, Matt Crewe and billed as the “the only brewery on the Las Vegas Strip to focus on artisanal small batch craft beers,” Trustworthy Brewing features an elevated 60-seat bar and five brite beer tanks holding a combined 1,150 gallons of beer that will feed the bar directly.

Trustworthy Brewing’s new Vegas venue is now offering its award-winning West Coast-inspired beers brewed on site as well as from their Burbank brewery and an artisan menu of smoked meats and barbeque designed by Executive Chef Lloyd Bansil.

Petty Thieves Brewing Plans Permanent Home

For the past three years Petty Thieves Brewing’s Ted Rosenau has been brewing beers in his brother-in-law’s shed and serving up more than 50 brewed directions at Charlotte, North Carolina beer events. But later this year his pop-up operation will be getting a permanent home.

Petty Thieves Brewing will be opening a permanent taproom and brewery in The Shop, a 40,000-square-foot warehouse located in Charlotte’s North End neighborhood,  being artfully renovated for mixed retail and office by Developers Ascent Real Estate Capital and Tribek Properties.

Planned for a late fall/early winter opening, Petty Thieves’ new taproom will afford beer lovers “2,500 square feet of indoor seating and a 3,000-square-foot outdoor patio with an unobstructed view of the uptown skyline and a food truck pad to host a rotation of meal options for brewery visitors, “according to Charlotte Five.
