A Wild, Wild Child (Buellton, CA) – Firestone Walker’s Barrelworks Tasting Room and Blending Center is back with something wild that we can’t wait to get our hands on. Built upon Barrelworks’ signature Bretta Weisse base beer, Bretta Weisse Tangerine is a classic Berliner Weisse-inspired wheat beer crafted using 1,000 pounds of fresh Murcott orange that were juiced, pulped and zested into the mix.
A Brain Drain (Placentia, CA) – The Bruery’s hoppy side division, Offshoot Beer has just released something new that is happily available in 16oz cans. Brewed with a reckless abundance of Citra, Galaxy and Amarillo hops, Offshoot Brain Pour is an 8.5% ABV hazy Double IPA with big notes of mango, passionfruit, and grapefruit.
Play Ball (St Louis, MO) – Schlafly Beer, the official craft brewery of the Saint Louis Football Club, has a new caned offering set to rollout just in time for the first Saint Louis FC game on March 9, 2019. Available in 4-packs of 16-ounce cans across Schlafly’s distribution, Schlafly Ale d’Or is a 5.9% ABV Golden Ale with a pungent pine and citrus aroma and a malt-forward body.
Black Draft (Bend, OR) – The Deschutes Brewery has shipped a new Reserve Series release this week that you might want to chase down. Aged in 98% bourbon and 2% American oak barrels for over eleven months, Deschutes Black Mirror is a massive 13% ABV American Style Black Barleywine, with a deceptively unique with its dark color and a rich full body.
Brutal Brewing (St Paul, MN) – Lake Monster Brewing recently introduced another take on an emerging style that’s already evolving. Hop-focused yet crisp, Lake Monster Brut IPA is a 6.4% ABV India Pale Ale with a surprisingly dry finish.
