Night Shift To Open Two Riverside Beer Gardens Around Boston (Everett, MA) – Night Shift Brewing has announced that they’ll be opening two Owl’s Nest beer gardens on the Charles River in August which will not only serve up their award-winning beers but also showcase Night Shift Distributing’s growing portfolio of independent craft producers.

The first Owl’s Nest beer garden  will open in early August on Boston’s Esplanade, just steps away from the legendary Hatch Shell. It will be the summer home for Night Shift’s newly built, state-of–art, 24-tap beer trailer.

The second Owl’s Nest beer garden will also open in August at Brighton’s scenic Herter Park, alongside its 350-seat outdoor, riverside amphitheater on the Charles River.

Night Shift partnered with the MA Department of Conservation & Recreation (DCR) to make the Hector Park beer garden happen and with The Esplanade Association to make their Esplanade location a reality. And Night Shift has pledged to contribute a portion of their sales to support each of the non-profit’s efforts.

What We’ve Been Drinking Lately (Bend, OR) – With summer heating up we’ve been drinking lighter pale ales here at the ACB compound and Starr Hill has a good one that’s now available in 16oz cans in their new Jam Pack Variety 12-pack. Part of their year-round portfolio since 2013 Starr Hill Grateful Pale Ale is a 4.7% ABV fresh spin on the American Pale Ale that never disappoints.
