Complex yet amazingly approachable, Door County Pastoral Saison is a 6.8% ABV Belgian-style Saison that’s refreshingly dry with subtle hints of pepper, citrus, and green grass.
Don’t Be Gose (St Louis, MO) – Schlafly Beer has a new Cellar Selections Series release that bridges the worlds of cocktails and beer. Described as a refreshingly tart alternative to the Cinco de Mayo margarita and a crushable beer, Schlafly Paloma Gose is a 4.5% ABV Gose hybrid that provides the ideal base for the beer’s Paloma-inspired flavors of grapefruit and lime.
The Hazy Days Of Summer (Portland, OR) – The first Certified B Corporation brewery in the Pacific Northwest, Hopworks Urban Brewery (HUB) has a new summer seasonal coming out this week, and word is it’s totally chill. The latest in the brewery’s growing line of Hazy IPA’s, HUB Totally Chill is actually a 6% ABV fresh hop India Pale Ale with a thick cloudy appearance, a fluffy mouthfeel, and a juicy and tropical hop finish.
A First Run (Grand Rapids, MI) – Founders Brewing just announced the fourth release from the 2018 Barrel-Aged Series that was inspired by Brewmaster Jeremy Kosmicki’s love of tiki cocktails. Sweet, bright and Mosaic-hopped, Founders Barrel Runner is a MASSIVE 11.1% ABV IPA that was aged to perfection in specially curated rum barrels.
