September is ON and American craft brewers are addressing the changing season with more exciting offerings you’re gonna want have around.
The Apple Of Our Eyes (Indianapolis, IN) – Sun King Brewing, one of Indiana’s largest craft breweries, was awarded more medals at the GABF than any other brewery in the competition in 2021. And the brewery is returning a King’s Reserve Series offering that’s perfect for the changing season.
Crafted with dried local apple and sweetened with brown sugar caramel, Sun King Caramel Apple Tripel is a massive 13.2% ABV Belgian-Style Tripel which was aged to perfection in specially curated rum barrels.
A Cosmic Collaboration (Portland, OR) – Ecliptic Brewing has joined forces with Seattle’s Holy Mountain Brewing and crafted Ecliptic’s fourth Cosmic Collaboration of 2022. Brewed with Pale and Pilsner malts and dry-hopped with Vista and BRU-1, Ecliptic + Holy Mountain Extra Juicy Pale Ale is a 6% ABV Hazy Pale Ale with bright stone fruit, melon and pear notes.
“Holy Mountain makes very unique, flavorful beers and is a favorite of many Ecliptic brewers, said Ecliptic’s Owner and Brewmaster, John Harris. “Colin at Holy Mountain and I talked about many different styles but settled on a very drinkable style for the summer. This extra juicy pale delivers.”
Serious Beer From The N/A Corner (St Paul, MN) – With more craft breweries than ever before brewing serious non-alcohol beer, ACB has expanded its coverage to include new NA beers that matter. And Summit Brewing has a new non-alcoholic beer we found incredibly convincing. Brimming with big apricot, tangerine and mixed berry aromatics, Summit Nialas Non-Alcoholic IPA is a classic hop-forward India Pale Ale with all the taste you’d expect, but none of the buzz.
