Amazon Prime is making two-hour beer delivery via its Prime Now service even easier… You can now order beer (in certain cities) via the Alexa-powered family of devices.
The world of drinking continues to get more convenient – and if Amazon has its way, you may never have to leave the couch again.
So here’s the deal…
Owners of any Alexa devices (this includes Amazon Echo, Echo Dot, Amazon Tap, Fire Tablet, or Fire TV) ,simply have to make a request like “Alexa, order me a Heady Topper from Prime Now.”
And assuming that product is available in their database (which unfortunately it’s not) you can have it within two hour of “her” making that request.
But there’s a catch… (Why is there always one of these?).
Alcohol delivery is currently only available via Amazon’s Prime Now in Seattle, Columbus, and Cincinnati so most of you shut-ins are just gonna have to wait for now.
