Emerald City Beer Company is an American Lager Brewery located out of the Old Rainier Building in Seattle, WA. The Company's Founder and Brewmaster, Rick Hewitt, has been bringing new beers to life as a home brewer since his grad schools days at the University of Washington in 2005.
ECB is inspired by the traditional lager brewing methods of the world.
