With much of the nation sheltering-in-place thanks to Covid-19, one Colorado brewery is offering beer delivery with a festive twist.
Here’s the deal…
Taking its lead from Santa, Littleton-Colorado-based Breckenridge Brewery, which was purchased by Anheuser-Busch in 2016 for an estimated $70 million, is putting those assets to good use this holiday season, and gifting ten lucky Colorado residents with a minikeg of Christmas Ale delivered to their homes by reindeer.
And given so many of us living through this unlikely holiday season, the brewery’s reindeer beer delivery promotion is right on time, even if it is limited to two Colorado cities.
Residents in Denver and Cascade, (often referred to “The North Pole” of Colorado) can enter to win a mini-keg of Breckenridge Christmas Ale, a 7.1% ABV spiced Winter Warmer that is one of the brewery’s most popular seasonal offerings. A when that beer is reindeer-delivered, winners will be able to hang with the animals a while. They can Instagram the holiday moment for posterity, feed the animals, pose for pictures, all with serious beer.
“We knew we wanted to help spread some holiday magic during this unusual season, and what better way to deliver festive beer than with ‘reinbeer’?” Todd Usry, president at Breckenridge Brewery, explained.
“So we searched far and wide until we found the perfect reindeer who were up for the task and conveniently located right here in Colorado at Moon Deer Ranch. These special, joyful reindeer will be at each stop to take photos and ensure the Christmas Ale is delivered safely for the holidays.”
“When the beer is delivered, recipients can feed and pet the reindeer as a festive way to de-stress,” Usry added. “Who doesn’t need some delicious beer and holiday cheer?
In addition to reinbeer delivery winners will also get a Christmas Ale t-shirt, a Christmas beanie (YES!), and an extra 12-packs of Christmas Ale, so there’s that as well.
You can enter the Breckenridge Brewery holiday sweepstakes HERE, but you’ll need to act fast because this promotion ends on December 2.
