Cascade Brewing Cherry Diesel

Brewed with chocolate and roasted malts, organic black strap molasses and dark Belgian candi sugar, then aged for five months in Heaven Hill Bourbon barrels on Papua New Guinea vanilla beans and blended with cherries, aromas of dark sweet chocolate, Bourbon, molasses and cherries present themselves up front, while finishing with a slight Bourbon heat and a lingering sweet dark chocolate and cherry sweetness.
