With more than 25 handpicked microbrews on tap we have you covered. And that's before adding our house brews, handcrafted by our brewmaster on site to the mix. From the aggressively hopped IPA Bad Influence to the oh-so-strong Take Her Home Belgian Tripel, our house brews not only pack a punch, but they are sure to awaken your taste buds. Beer aficionados and casual drinkers are encouraged to seek out our head brewer Roger for a tour of the premises or to talk shop. Large stunning copper fermentation vessels align the restaurant and contribute to a unique dining experience. The setting is a perfect match for our eclectic American cuisine. Menu favorites include BBQ duck quesadilla, white lasagna and Alaskan cod in a hazelnut sage brown butter sauce. No, this isn't your typical "bar food" - though the LAB Burger is to die for.
