Topical & Tropical (Springfield, MO) – Mother’s Brewing has a new mid-February release that’s as topical as it is tropical. Relentlessly hopped (and then dry-hopped) on Citra and Mosaic Mother’s Brewing Trop Top Pale Ale is a 6% ABV ‘tropical’ Pale Ale with a light mild sweetness and a citrusy finish.
Anniversary Ale #6 (Denver, CO) – To celebrate their sixth anniversary on February 24th, River North Brewery will be releasing something unlike anything they’ve ever done before. Brewed with four pounds per barrel of cacao nibs, River North Anniversary Ale #6 is a jet-black, 13.7% ABV Belgian-style Imperial Stout that’s reminiscent of a dark cherry cordial – the silky, rich chocolate booze-filled kind!
Divine Intervention (Houston, TX) – Saint Arnold Brewing will soon be releasing a beer with the highest alcohol by volume percentage in the brewery’s history – so you’ve been warned! Rich with a pungent mix of dark fruit and dark chocolate aromas, Saint Arnold Divine Reserve No. 18 is a MASSIVE 13.4% ABV Imperial Stout with deep cherry notes and a vanilla meets marshmallow finish.
Coffee, More Coffee, Some Beer And More Coffee (Petaluma, CA) – Lagunitas Brewing has just debuted a new limited release that’s eye-opening to say the least. Brewed with a reckless abundance of coffee Lagunitas Cappuccino Stout is a 9.3% ABV ale that’s a pick-me-up that you won’t want to put down.
Just For The Helles Of It (Boston, MA) – Temperatures are finally warming and Sam Adam’s is returning a perennial favorite as we look to spring.
