The Next ‘Next Generation’ Star Trek Beer (Clifton Park, NY) – Shmaltz Brewing has just released their new Collector’s Edition beer commemorating the 30th Anniversary of Star Trek: The Next Generation series. Pumped to the max on Citra and Amarillo hops, Star Trek: The Next Generation 30th Anniversary Ale — Captain’s Holiday Ale is a 5.5% ABV refresher that’s brewed with orange peel and lime to keep things festive.
Hitting The Ground (Redlands, CA) – Hangar 24 Craft Brewery has an eye-opening addition to their Special Release Series lineup. Brewed with cold brew coffee provided by Redland’s Augie’s Coffee. Hangar 24 Sierra Ground Coffee Milk Stout is a 5.6% ABV coffee infused Milk Stout that won’t slow you down when you’re trekking through winter’s wilds.
Dreaming Of A White Christmas (Boston, MA) – The Boston Beer Company crew took a totally different approach to one of their holiday releases this year and launched what may become a new Christmas tradition. Medium-bodied and layered with citrusy orange notes, Samuel Adams White Christmas is 5.6% ABV unfiltered White Ale with a crisp and subtle lemon finish.
Rat-A-Tat-Tat (Portland, OR) – Lompoc Brewing has released a number of new holiday beers and one of them is port perfect! Flush with rich dark cherry, blackberry and caramel notes, Lompoc Port Barrel Aged Old Tavern Rat 2016 is their beloved 9.4% ABV Barleywine aged in Maryhill Winery Port barrels for eight months.
