Tastings are held 1pm-3pm at our brewery every Saturday but the first Saturday of the month. Admission table is closed at 2:30pm Admission on Saturdays is $5 for 21 and up. We recommend bringing cash.

Our mission: Our mission is to create exceptional hand-crafted Ales and Lagers that are unique to Katy and Texas. Who we are: We are a family owned and operated brewery in Katy, TX. Our roots are from Panama, Texas and Philly. Our family heritage is also very different. We have Germans, Czechs and Panamanians in the bunch. So to say all four owners are different is an understatement.
