We are embarking on an exciting journey which will culminate in a production brewery and hop yard. This vision has been brought about by two brothers: Chris and Phillip Ray. What began, as many breweries do, as a hobby of weekend home brewing and backyard hop growing, has turned into a passion for everything beer related. The desire to produce high quality, naturally flavored beer has led us to the mecca of all home brewing: a Production Craft Brewery.
