Marin’s E.S. Chi Tonic Herbal Ale

This collaborative effort brings together the skills of Master Herbalist Yen-Wei Choong, Marin Brewing Company owner Brendan Moylan, and Brewmaster Arne Johnson who worked together to create a delicious and beneficial ale. This ale was brewed with herbs that were used for centuries in Chinese medicine to boost metabolism and energy level and to reduce weight gain or "pumpkin belly."
