Ever-changing with every brew, our house Pale Ale is a truly evolutionary beer. With the brewery's address as its namesake, the "56″ provides an artisanal canvas for Humulus lupulus, a.k.a hops. Each time we head to the kettles we utilize a different blend of our favorite female flower clusters to create a whole new taste.
