Coachella – Week II (Indio, CA) – Possibly the nation’s finest musical event the Coachella Valley Music and Arts Festival kicked off last weekend. And the second part of this state-of-the-art musical extravaganza (April 19th-21st) returns today. This weekend’s talent lineup,which includes headliners Childish Gambino, Tame Impala, and Ariana Grande and other top billed acts like Janelle Monae, Solange, and The 1975, promises to be one of the best ever!
TV Time & Streaming – With Saturday being 4/20 day an increasingly national celebration of cannabis culture, you might want hit up your favorite streaming service for some of the best stoner movies ever. We love Pineapple Express as well as Harold and Kumar Go To White Castle. But Fast Times at Ridgemont High, The Big Lebowski, and Dazed and Confused are all classics.
On The Big Screen – This weekend’s big movie (which actually opened a couple weeks back) is a remake of one of Stephen King’s most alarming novels. Pet Sematary follows Dr. Louis Creed (Jason Clarke), who, after relocating with his wife Rachel (Amy Seimetz) and their two young children from Boston to rural Maine, discovers a mysterious burial ground near the family’s new home, setting off a perilous chain reaction of events with horrific consequences.
