Three Great Craft Beer Variety Packs For The 4th of July

The Fourth of July is almost here and much of the country has already bailed on work and is in total holiday mode.
Independence Day first and foremost commemorates the adoption of the Declaration of Independence on July 4, 1776. And needless to say it’s a great time for beer, which remains the Fourth’s go-to beverage.
So with that in mind, we canvassed the American craft beer landscape for you and came up with some of the best craft beer variety packs (all of them widely available) that are guaranteed to keep things festive this weekend.
New Belgium Voodoo Ranger Hoppy Variety Pack
Unlike many craft beer 12- packs that feature 3 core beers along with one offering that’s usually an exclusive, New Belgium’s collection features an exciting mix of throwback recipes and new experimental releases. A hophead’s delight!
Voodoo Ranger Invincible Blood Orange IPA ( 8% ABV): Exclusively available in this summertime compilation beer delivers bold tropical aromas and crisp citrus fruit flavors sourced from Mosaic and Amarillo hops. It finishes with a clean, dry, and balanced bitterness.
Voodoo Ranger 1985 Mango IPA (6.7% ABV): first released in 2022, this tropical fruit-infused India Pale Ale delivers big mango, pineapple and papaya aromatics that New Belgium suggests “takes you back to the future of hazy IPAs.”
Voodoo Ranger Juicy Haze IPA (7.5% ABV): This unfiltered, hazy American IPA wraps bright citrusy notes and passionfruit aromas into a remarkably smooth, velvety mouthfeel.
Voodoo Ranger Sweet Ride Juicy IPA (6.5% ABV): One of the newer additions to the mix, featuring a fruit-forward, incredibly drinkable body that leans heavily into sweet, tropical punch notes.

Tennessee Brew Works State Park Variety Pack
Tennessee Brew Works has released an exciting new variety 12-pack this summer, that actually helps fund local trails and public lands.
The brewery originally teamed up with Tennessee State Parks back in 2017 to launch their State Park Blonde Ale. That one beer ended up raising nearly $70,000 for the Tennessee State Parks Conservancy, helping fund things like wheelchair-accessible trail upgrades and scholarships for school field trips.
And now, as part of the country’s 250th anniversary, they are expanding their park-friendly lineup. The new variety pack includes four different themed cans:
The latest version of the variety pack showcases four distinct styles: [1, 2]
State Park Blonde Ale (4.5% ABV): The official beer of Tennessee State Parks, brewed with 100% Tennessee grains. It features crisp honeysuckle aromas and a biscuity finish.
Fiery Gizzard Red Ale (4.1% ABV): A flavorful red ale named after the famous, rugged Fiery Gizzard Trail.
Savage Gulf IPA (6% ABV): A bold India Pale Ale honoring the dramatic canyons of Savage Gulf State Park.
Head of the Crow German-Style Bock Lager (5.2% ABV): A traditional, malt-forward German bock lager

2026 Tröegs Perpetual Exploration Summer Variety Pack
Over the past 26-years, Hershey PA-based Tröegs Independent Craft Brewing has grown from two brothers to 250 people, but it remains very much a family business a small-brewery DNA. And its Tröegs Perpetual Exploration Summer Variety Pack features a diverse mix of year-round staples, seasonal favorites that’s perfect for Memorial Day celebrations.
This seasonal assortment features three cans each of the following four beers:
Perpetual IPA: The top-selling craft beer in Pennsylvania, this bold 7.5% ABV Imperial Pale Ale cycles through a HopBack vessel and heavy dry-hopping to deliver intense flavors of sticky citrus rind, pine balm, and subtle grain.
Sunshine Pilsner: A bright, refreshingly clean American craft pilsner built on a complex balance of two-row barley, zesty Saaz hops, and lager yeast, offering tasting notes of bright citrus, flowering herbs, and honeyed biscuit.
Field Study Summer IPA: The featured seasonal 6.2% ABV beer, dry-hopped to offer approachable, low-bitterness fruit notes of ripe grapefruit, mango, pear, and melon using a portion of locally grown Pennsylvania malt.
Pennsylvania Lager: A wildly popular 5.0% ABV crisp, thirst-quenching lager that makes its debut in 12-ounce cans for the first time ever, exclusively found inside this specific variety pack
