One of the things that we enjoy about SAVOR, in addition to the beers themselves and the wonderful foods pairings, are the unique Salons occurring nightly. These carefully curated Salons allow attendees a quiet respite from the Grand Tasting in the National Building Museum's Great Hall and a private space where they can learn more about brewing techniques and sample "special reserve" beers with some of the industry's masters.
