We blame the industry for this... It used to be that when we wrapped up our Weekend Picks on Friday, we could coast through the weekend. There was little need to check in for updates - things were pretty much done. But clearly all that's changed.

For months, I scrimp and save just so I can create the ultimate beer experience revolving around this event for me and my friends. Each year, we rent a house, host bottle shares and barbeques, and top it all off with a visit to the Firestone Walker Brewery.
