Charlotte, North Carolina-based Sycamore Brewing is a family-owned brewery that’s been crafting serious beers since 2013. Owned and operated by husband-and-wife team, Justin and Sarah Brigham, Sycamore Brewing has grown exponentially since opening its doors, more than quadrupling its total beer production since 2018.
In addition to a production facility which can sometimes struggle to keep up with demand, Sycamore operates a vibrant taproom and beer garden, which has consistently been ranked as one of the top Uber stops in Charlotte.
And to celebrate its newest release, Candy Mountain IPA, the brewery is offering one lucky winner the opportunity to travel the great outdoors and do it in style with a one-of-a-kind, 16-foot, branded Airstream camper.
The retro-cool, Airstream Bambi comes with a designer fridge fully stocked with Mountain Candy IPA and other Sycamore offerings. It also comes with a hammock, a surfboard, string lights and games, so you can party in style as you traverse the county with your iconic camper/trailer in tow.
Now through September, participants over the age of 21 are invited to submit a short video (fewer than 30 seconds) of themselves, featuring any Sycamore Brewing beer on TikTok, Instagram or YouTube, using the hashtag #CandyCamperContest.
And the more audacious the video, the better…
“The giveaway instructions are simple – get wacky, get weird! You’re the star of the show, but a Sycamore beer can must make an appearance in your video,” explains Sycamore Brewing co-owner Sarah Taylor Brigham. “We encourage all of our contestants to step out of their comfort zone to make fun and engaging short videos for the chance to win a customized Mountain Candy Airstream camper for a lifetime of adventure.”
Sycamore Brewing will select and announce the winner at its drive-in viewing event on October 16, which will be held at its taproom in Charlotte.
And to promote the contest, the Sycamore team will be touring the Mountain Candy camper around the southeastern United States from May through October 2021 before handing over the keys to its new owner.
