A Country And Western Inspired Saison? (Dallas, TX) – Okay, why not? Lakewood Brewing just released the first in a line of special releases that celebrate different musical styles. And each of the beers will also have their own curated Spotify playlist with songs picked by the Lakewood staff.

“We’re huge music fans at LBC and we’ve been yearning for some live music during the pandemic,” said Wim Bens, Lakewood Founder and President. “That led to us making a music-centric series celebrating all genres of beer and music.”

A homage to country and western music, Lakewood Live Vol 1. is the first from this “music meets beer” series, an 8% ABV Imperial Peach Ale brewed with fresh Texas hill country peaches.

Brewed with award-winning Pale Genie malt, donated by Root Shoot malting and massive infusions of Sabro hops, Oskar Blues S.M.A.S.H. for Stache IPA is 6.9% ABV India Pale Ale that will become available on draft and in 6-packs of 12oz cans starting May 1 at all Oskar Blues taprooms – Longmont and Boulder, CO; Brevard, NC; and Austin, TX, locations.
