We’re not sure that we’d give up a pair of tickets to a sold out Radiohead concert in NYC for the opportunity to collaborate on a beer with Evil Twin Brewing’s Jeppe Jarnit-Bjergsø, but Miami-based Gravity Brewlab jumped at the opportunity…

Here’s what went down according to the Miami New Times

Last year a friend of Gravity Brewlab’s Diego Ganoza, noticed that Evil Twin’s Jeppe Jarnit-Bjergsø had posted on Facebook that he was looking for a pair of tickets to Radiohead’s sold-out show in New York. Diego’s friend, Ryan had a pair of tickets that he said he was willing trade for some rare Evil Twin beer stash.

That’s when Ganoza suggested that they offer up the tickets, for the opportunity to collaborate on a beer with Evil Twin and Jarnit-Bjergsø agreed.beer, Radiohead Tickets Lead To Big-Time Beer Collaboration

And after 12 months (and multiple rescheduled attempts to connect) Gravity Brewlab and Evil Twin finally nailed down what they wanted to brew… an adventuresome project that tapped both Diego’s Peruvian roots and Jeppe’s Danish heritage.

Gravity Brewlab’s and Evil Twin collaboration, the aptly named Two Tickets, is a Belgian Grand Cru that tempers the dark Trappist Ale’s high-octane style with fresh lucuma fruit and cold-brewed Kenyan coffee that was suggested by Chef Diego Oka at Miami’s famed La Mar.

And, oh yeah, the Radiohead concert, was killer…
