Chicago-based Goose Island Beer (which was purchased by Anheuser-Busch in 2011) opened its Philadelphia brewery in 2018. The 10,000-square-foot brewpub in Philly’s Fishtown neighborhood, offered 28 taps, a full kitchen and brewing operations
