Brewers are celebrating fall’s arrival with a fresh roster of beers, some perfect for Halloween, others ideal for weekend football.
A Shocking Collaboration (Portland, OR) – You know that the collaboration beer concept may have finally “jumped the shark” when a craft beer brand decides to team up with a Halloween paraphernalia company, but at ACB we’ll promote just about anything.

(Less sure about this)
Say hello to Shock Top Candy Corn Wheat Ale, a 5% ABV limited-edition, Belgian-style Wheat Ale released in September 2026 as part of a multi-year partnership between parent company Tilray Brands and Spirit Halloween. The beer fuses Shock Top’s traditional citrus-forward, unfiltered wheat profile with the distinct honey-vanilla sweetness of candy corn.
And while fans are enjoying the beer, they can also wear the brand. Spirit Halloween has exclusively launched an adult Wedgehead Costume jumpsuit for $69.99, modeled the beer’s mohawked orange-slice mascot that’s available via the Spirit Halloween Online Store.
A Chinese Classic (Qingdao, China) – Tsingtao Brewery, which was founded in 1903 as an Anglo-German business and now the sixth-largest brewery in the world, has an iconic lager that has stood the test of time.
Distributed in the states by Paulaner USA and brewed using domestic hops and pure spring water from the Laoshan mountain region in China, Tsingtao Premium Lager is an award-winning 4.7% ABV Pale Lager with a subtle nutty sweetness, Bavaria instincts and a rich Chinese heritage. Introduced to the United States in 1972, it has remained the top-selling Chinese beer in the US market and is exported to over 100 countries and regions worldwide.
Prost! (Sausalito, CA) – Best Day Brewing, the second largest independent non-alcoholic craft brewer in the country, has released something special, an Oktoberfest beer that won’t muddy your head.
Delivering the full festival beer experience without any of the alcohol, Best Day Oktoberfest is a Märzen-style lager with a malty nose, a subtly sweet body and delicately hopped character. A beloved style originally enjoyed at Oktoberfest in Munich and now brewed all over the world, Best Day’s version pays homage to the centuries-old tradition.

Unlike many non-alcoholic brands that rely on low-calorie, diluted bases, Best Day first brews its beer to full strength. The alcohol is later extracted through a gentle thermal technique where the liquid never rises above standard fermentation temperatures. This guarantees that the standard bready body expected of a true German festival beer remains fully intact.
