Evil Is What Evil Does (San Diego, CA) – AleSmith Brewing will be hosting its inaugural Halloween party in honor of the popular seasonal release. Blood red and hopped just enough to balance out its crimson malt backbone, AleSmith Evil Dead Red Ale is a fiendishly smooth 66.6% ABV Red Ale that’s the perfect balance of rich, caramel sweetness, piney hop flavor and Halloween.

Now Who’s Boss? (Raleigh, NC) – It’s harvest time and North Carolina-based Big Boss Brewing is celebrating the season with its first can release ever. Described as a “spiced pumpkin beer that still tastes like beer,” Big Boss Harvest Time is a 5.5% ABV Pumpkin Ale that’s brewed with locally-sourced pumpkin and a proprietary blend of seasonal spices.

A Two Beer Anniversary (Woodfin, NC) – Known for its open-fermented farmhouse ales and lagers, Zillicoah Beer Company is celebrating its first anniversary with the first two beers in its bottle program.

Zillicoah Bottle No. 1 / Citrine Dream is first release from the brewery’s Citrine Dream line, a series dedicated to hop-forward wild ales. Brewed with barley, wheat, rye and oats, and then hopped with Strata before being open fermented, Citrine Dream is dank, tropical, and dry. (6% ABV)

Zillicoah Bottle No. 2 / Saison was brewed with Pilsner Malt and Abruzzi Rye from Riverbend Malt House, then hopped with Saaz, and open fermented to create a dry, crisp, classic take on the style. (6% ABV)

Available in 16oz cans sporting artwork with Atlanta’s own Chris Veal, Cardigans of the Galaxy is a massive 9.5% ABV Double IPA with an extra-dry finish and a big citrusy nose.

Going Primordial (Portland, OR) – Cascade Brewing has a new addition to its lineup of bottle projects, that’s a concentrated precursor to the brewery’s Sang Noir Ale. Cascade Primordial Noir is a 10.5% ABV blend of imperial red ales aged in bourbon and wine barrels for up to two years along with Northwest-grown Bing cherries and spices.
