Fall’s coming and American craft brewers are keeping things interesting  with a smart roster of beers that will not disappoint.

Just Chill (San Diego, CA) –  Stone Brewing has just released the third and final release from the brewery’s  2026 seasonal innovation series that we can’t wait to get our hands on.

Aggressively hopped yet easy to crush, Stone Chill Villain is a 7.4% ABV West Coast Style IPA with sweet mango, citrus, and ruby grapefruit tones that give way to an uber-dry and crushable finish. Developed by Kris Ketcham at the Liberty Station innovation brewery, the recipe pairs Simcoe and Citra hops with a touch of Strata Quantum Bright Hop Extract to maximize tropical fruit expression and subtle dankness.

In a distinct departure from traditional West Coast ales, it is fermented using Stone’s house lager yeast. This technique yields an exceptionally clean, crisp, and highly crushable body that mimics a lager while preserving a robust hop punch.

“Stone Chill Villain trades on our reputation for assertive West Coast IPAs such as Stone IPA and Stone Delicious IPA,” Ketcham said. “It’s a little more relaxed, but it still packs a punch.”

A leader in  the West Coast IPA style, Stone Brewing launched its three-part seasonal series earlier this year with Stone Green Buds IPA and Stone Live Current IPA.  And Stone Chill Villain sets  the pace for future  small batch seasonals from  Stone’s Liberty Station experimental brewery.

Hey Honey (Shiner, TX) – Shiner Beer and country music star Ella Langley teamed up to launch “Dandelion,” a limited-edition release. This partnership is a natural step forward for both brands. Shiner Bock previously made a notable appearance in the music video for Langley’s multi-platinum, chart-topping hit, “Choosin’ Texas.” And the beer celebrates an authentic, independent spirit shared by both the Texas brewery and the rising artist.

Light, crisp, and easy-drinking Ella Langly + Shiner Dandelion is a 4.5% ABV Honey Kölsch with delicate floral sweetness, a clean malt character and a refreshing finish. This special collaboration is deeply tied to Langley’s skyrocketing country music career and serves as a celebration of her record-setting sophomore album, Dandelion. And the bottle art directly channels the album’s aesthetic.

A perfect beer for warm weather, Shiner’s Dandelion is now available at retailers across Texas, with limited distribution in Oklahoma, Kansas, Kentucky, Tennessee and Ohio.
