Don’t Miss the First Annual Portland Radler Festival Tomorrow!

, Don’t Miss the First Annual Portland Radler Festival Tomorrow!

As Portland winds down from one of the hottest stretches of Summer and prepares for the eclipse hoards arriving in ten days, we’re stoked to know that the perfect event to cool off and relax is arriving tomorrow. Stormbreaker Brewing will play host to the First Annual Portland Radler Fest featuring 23 different Radler varieties, the likes of which you’ve never seen!

This one-of-a-kind festival focuses on the unique blending of beer and various sodas, although this event takes the concept to another level of experimentation. Not only will there be traditional versions of the Radler style, like the ubiquitous Grapefruit and Zitrone Radlers from Stiegl or the well-established Totally Radler from Hopworks, there’s also a Cider Radler (a Cidler?) blending a Passionfruit & Pink Guava Cider with Rose Cordial Soda from Hi Five Cider. WAT?! And you heard it here first… it tastes as amazing as it sounds.

Will there also be a Mead Radler…? Of course! Your wildest dreams are now within reach. The Lime Ginger Trinity Mead Radler from Oregon Mead & Cider will take your taste buds on a trip you shan’t forget. Not to mention local cider heroes Reverend Nat’s blending their Pineapple ¡Tepache! with a wheat beer. And that’s only the beginning… as the full list below details, all your favorite local brewers will be mixing things up.

It all takes place tomorrow, Saturday August 12th from Noon to 8pm, with tickets currently at $15 then $20 the day of the event. That gets you in the door, a commemorative purple mug in your hand and 8 tokens in your pocket. Keep up-to-date with all the happenings through their facebook, twitter and instagram pages.
