Busch Light is bringing back its limited-edition Farming Cans this summer, arriving just ahead of the July 4 holiday with a look and a message aimed squarely at the people behind America’s food supply.

The seasonal release highlights the farmers and ranchers who have long been tied to the brand’s identity and to the ingredients that go into its beer.

Each can carries the U.S. Farmed seal, which means at least 95 percent of Busch Light’s agricultural ingredients are sourced from American farms. The campaign continues the brand’s larger push to encourage drinkers to “Choose Beer Grown Here,” tying beer purchases to support for domestic agriculture.

But Anheuser-Bush’s effort extends way beyond the special packaging.

Busch Light is now in its seventh year partnering with Farm Rescue, the nonprofit that provides equipment, labor, and emergency assistance to family farms and ranches across the Midwest when unexpected hardship strikes. And between July 1 and September 1, 2026, Busch Light will donate 10 cents from every case sold, up to $200,000, to support the organization’s work.

Since the partnership began in 2019, the program has helped raise more than $1.5 million, with aid reaching more than 1,300 farm and ranch families dealing with weather events, illness, injury, and other disruptions.

Krystyn Stowe, Head of Marketing for the Busch Family and Natural Family portfolio at Anheuser-Busch, said the connection between the beer and the people who grow its ingredients remains central to the brand.

“There’s no Busch Light without ingredients grown by farmers here in the U.S.,” Stowe said, adding that the Farming Cans and Farm Rescue partnership are intended as long-term support for agricultural communities rather than a seasonal promotion.

According to Busch Light and Farm Rescue, the money raised helps fund practical services that can make an immediate difference, including planting support, harvesting assistance, and livestock feeding operations during periods of crisis.

Farm Rescue Executive Director Tim Sullivan said the partnership has allowed the organization to respond to more families and expand its reach over time.

“When a crisis hits a family farm, it affects generations,” Sullivan said. “This support helps keep those operations moving when families need help the most.”

The campaign also reflects a commitment Anheuser-Busch has increasingly emphasized in recent years: its ties to American agriculture. The company says it spends roughly $700 million annually sourcing ingredients from about 700 U.S. farmers and has positioned several of its beers under the U.S. Farmed certification program.

Then there’s the ComBar.

To coincide with America’s 250th birthday celebration, Anheuser-Busch has also introduced the “ComBar,” a 10-ton mobile bar built from an actual combine harvester. The traveling installation will tour the country this summer as a rolling tribute to the farmers who help supply the ingredients behind Busch Light and the company’s broader beer portfolio.
