Best of Kin is a family brewery based in Calgary. It was started by two brothers, Ryan and Collin Mortson in 2017 as a tribute to their late father.
And Dad Beer, which they describe as ‘lagered ale,’ is ”the kind of beer that your dad keeps stocked in his bar fridge and goes straight to after a long day’s work.”
Best of Kin Dad Beer was launched as a year-round offering but for Father’s Day the brewery turned it’s six-packs into something special…
Designed by Conflict, a Toronto-based ad agency, the idea was to the beer’s packaging into a Father’s Day card…
The exterior inscription of the packaging reads “Happy Father’s Day to the DAD who has everything except a 6-pack”.
Unfortunately for US and Canadian beer lovers, these limited edition six-packs are currently only available for purchase at the Calgary-based brewery.
