Dave Fafara, Roastmaster at Shenandoah Joe, right across the street from Three Notch’d, came up with a special blend just for this beer. The coffee beans are cold infused allowing the fresh flavor and aroma to dominate without the acidity. All of this is backed by a rich and hearty oatmeal stout with a great semi-sweet-baking-chocolate-like sweetness.
